ERROR: Cannot Run Components


If you experience this error when trying to run the Importer from the toolbar or when you print NetLabels this is due to issues with the ClickOnce technology.



If you click the Details button you will see more information. Usually the included error contains this statement:


Deployment and application do not have matching security zones.


If you get this error it is most likely because the DocMgt site is included in an Internet Explorer security zone other than Trusted Sites. Adding your site URL into the Trusted Sites list typically fixes this error. Here is a link that talks about maintaining Trusted Sites:
