Enable Multi-Factor Authentication

When ON users will be prompted to enter a code to complete the login process. The code is emailed to the email address on file or a text is sent to the SMS number on file. If the user has both Email and SMS then the login screen prompts them as to which type to use for sending the authorization code.


Allow Email Codes

Whether or not to allow users to use email to receive their MFA codes.


Allow SMS Codes

Whether or not to allow users to use text messaging to receive their MFA codes.


Allow Auth App

Whether or not to allow users to use an authentication app for their MFA codes.


MFA Timeout

The number of days until the MFA times out for each user. After that number of days has past the user will be forced to re-authenticate using MFA once again.


Default Mail Template 

When using Email for MFA codes, you can choose to use the standard template or customize it.


MFA Email Subject

The subject line to use for the MFA code emails.


MFA Email Body

The email body to use for the MFA code emails.
