Collaboration Packages are used to share information with and request information from external users. Collaboration Package Templates can be configured to allow users to quickly create a predefined Collaboration Package from within an existing Record and can also be used in Workflow.


NOTE: This section will only show up if the Main Options have the Enable Collaboration Packages option turned ON.



You can Add, Edit, Delete, Import and Export Collaboration Package templates from this screen.


To add a new package template click the + button. You can also import a package template that was exported from this or any other docMgt server using the Import button.


To edit an existing one click the icon in the row.


To delete an existing one click the icon in the row.


To export one click on the icon in the row.
