Breaking Change

Changes were made to the Indexing Automation's Auto-Split process. Previously the auto-split logic would automatically occur when the work item was moved into the work trigger that used the Document Split screen. With release 3.14 that has changed so that the auto-split logic needs to be specifically called via a new Work Trigger Action called "Auto-Split Documents".  If you are using an Auto-Split trigger in your workflow you should add an action type of "Auto-Split Documents" into the Assignment Actions of that trigger to make sure the workflow works as expected.

Breaking Change

Applies To: Importer Service and Exporter Service components


The licensing system was changed in this release. You no longer need to license individual client applications such as Importer or Exporter. However, the server must be licensed to allow Importer and Exporter to connect to it. This will make client deployment and support much easier.


This change requires that each server installed in-house be re-licensed to allow for the clients required. Please contact support BEFORE upgrading your server and clients to ensure no down time is encountered.
