Overrides allow you to configure how the Record Screen will be configured when users load Records of this type. You can turn on and off panels and you can expand/collapse them as well.


Panel Overrides

Use this section to specify which panels to change from their default position. If you do not specify a certain panel then that panel will adopt the user's settings an behave as normal for them. 



Floating Workflow Panel

The floating panel is the green workflow button that shows up in the top left of the Record screen. You can specify whether or not to have that floating panel visible. 


Document Viewer Overrides


Document View

You can specify whether to have the document full screen (hiding the document list on the left) or regular view (showing the document list on the left). The default behavior is to show the document list on the left.


Move to Document

When a Document is opened the viewer will typically move up to show as much of the Document as possible. You can use this setting to change that behavior and not move to show the document.


Show Page Thumbnails

Whether or not to show the thumbnail of the pages in the left side document list panel. The default behavior is to not show the thumbnails.


Show First Document

Whether or not to load the first document as the Record loads. The default behavior is to NOT show documents until they are clicked.


Scroll Document

Whether to scroll the document to the Top of the page or to the Bottom of the page when the record loads.The default behavior is to scroll the document to the top.
