The Approve E-form action allows you to mark an E-form as approved

E-form approval is a great feature for reviewing information before committing it to the Record. If you send an E-form to someone from within a Record and they fill out the form, any fields marked as Save to Record will immediately be saved to the Record. However, if you have the E-form marked as "Requires Approval" then those changes are not written to the Record until the E-form is approved.

    • E-form - Select the E-form from the list to approve. All E-forms of that type in the active Record that have not been approved will be approved and its changes committed to the Record.
