Workflow Actions

    • Cancel Work Item - Cancel the current work item and stop work item processing.
    • Complete Work Item - Complete the current work item, moving to the next matching trigger (Follow Ups only, requires default complete action)
    • Reject Work Item - Complete the current work item, moving to the next matching trigger (Follow Ups only, requires default reject action)
    • Hide/Show Work Item - Hide or Show current work item from work item lists. Can be shown using the Show Hidden option in Workflow Console.
    • Initiate Workflow Route - Routes the current Record again (creates new route path). Optionally can specify which Trigger/Process to start with.
    • Parallel Merge - Merges a parallel workflow back into main workflow
    • Direct Trigger Link - Sets the next trigger to be executed specifically instead of being evaluated normally
    • Reassign to Default - Reassign the current workflow item to the default users/teams (Follow Ups only)
    • Reassign to Users/Teams - Reassign the current workflow item to the specified users/teams (Follow Ups only)
    • Set Due Date - Sets the Due Date
    • Set Global Due Date - Sets the Global Due Date
    • Throw Exception - Stops processing, undoes any actions possible and sends error back to user
    • Work Item Variable Update - Add, update or delete a variable in the Work Item.
    • Process Other Work Items - Complete, Reject or Cancel other work items

    • Read OCR/Barcodes - Read the documents using OCR for indexing and for making documents full-text searchable
    • Delete OCR - Deletes all full text (OCR) information for the routed Record or Document

    • Auto-Split Commit - Commits an Auto-Split operation that was generated but not yet committed

    • Lookup Table Reverse Validator - Validates a value against a lookup table using a reverse lookup strategy from the lookup table to the record in question
    • Line Item Matching - Matches 2 Records' line items. Also supports header data matching.
