The Create Report File action runs the specified report and saves it as a CSV file in the action Record

Most of the system reports such as Current Work Items, Error Logs, etc. can be generated using this action. Run your report in the normal report system and save the report as a Saved Report. Then configure the Create Report File action and select the saved report. 


Options


      • Report Type - Select the type of report to run


      • Record Type - Select the Record Type for which to run the Storage Report (only valid on Storage Report).


      • Saved Report - Select the Saved Report for the given type. You must have already saved your report to automate it. DO NOT delete the saved report later or this action will fail.(valid on all reports other than Storage Report).


      • Save Report To - Specify the Category, SubCategory, and Name in which to save the CSV file. You can also specify the File Name of the CSV file.



NOTE: All dates for the reports will be converted to the Server Time Zone as they are written to the CSV file. The Server Time Zone setting is configured in the Main Options in the Admin area.
