The Create Record Report File action runs a selected report on the specified Record and saves it as a CSV file in the action Record

Most reports that are Record specific can be run via this action. 


Options


      • Report Type - Select the type of report to run


      • Record ID - The ID of the Record to run the report for


      • Date From - The FROM date for the report data


      • Date To - The TO date for the report data


      • Record ID To - The ID of the Record to save the report's CSV file into


      • Save Report To - Specify the Category, SubCategory, and Name in which to save the CSV file. You can also specify the File Name of the CSV file.



NOTE: All dates for the reports will be converted to the Server Time Zone as they are written to the CSV file. The Server Time Zone setting is configured in the Main Options in the Admin area.
