Add Record Note
The Add Record Note action is used to add a Note to the current Record
Options
- Notes field contains the note that is to be added to the Record. The note will be added using the text entered here along with the current date/time and the current user. If the current user is an automated action (Follow Up Action or Retention for example) then the user will be the DocMgt_Agent user.
The Notes Field can contain static values or variables.
