The DocuSign - Check Status action waits for DocuSign to contact us to update the status of the Envelope

After documents have been signed by all parties, DoucuSign will call back to the server to alert us that the documents are ready. Use the Document Check Status action inside of a Follow Up action on the step where the workflow is waiting. Once the documents are ready the Follow Up action will be triggered.

If the documents are complete and ready then the DEFAULT COMPLETE button will be triggered on that workflow item and you can use the DocuSign - Get Documents action to retrieve them.

If the signatures were refused, deleted or timed out then the DEFAULT REJECT button will be triggered.

If you put the appropriate logic in those button actions then you can control where the flow goes after the signature process is done.

Options

  • Integration Name (Enterprise Feature) - If you have multiple DocuSign integrations defined you can specify which one to use by its name. If you leave this blank then the system will use the first one.

NOTES:

  • Use of DocuSign actions requires at least one authenticated DocuSign Application
