The DocuSign - Get Status action calls DocuSign to get the status of the Envelope

This action will call DocuSign for status instead of waiting for DocuSign to call the server.



DO NOT USE THIS ACTION UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. 

This action will call directly to the DocuSign servers and they only allow 1 call every 15 minutes. If you run it more than that they will shut off access to your DocuSign Envelope which may cause issues with your entire signature process. This action is for special use only. We recommend using the DocuSign - Check Status action from a follow-up action.



Options

    • Integration Name (Enterprise Feature) - If you have multiple DocuSign integrations defined you can specify which one to use by its name. If you leave this blank then the system will use the first one. 



NOTES: 

  • Use of DocuSign actions requires at least one authenticated DocuSign Application
