The Set Portal Package Expire action changes the expiration date of Collaboration Portals in the active Record. Once a portal's expiration date has passed, its link no longer opens and the outside user sees a message that the portal has expired. Use this action to extend a deadline, to close a portal early, or to give a portal created with no expiration one later on.


Options

  • Package — the template the portals were made from. Only portals created from this template are considered.
  • Update To — the new expiration date. This can be a fixed date or a variable, for example a date field on the Record or a calculated date.
  • Update All — whether to update the FIRST MATCHING PORTAL or ALL PORTALS made from that template in the Record.


If no portal in the Record matches the template the action does nothing.
