The Delete Portal Package action removes Collaboration Portals from the active Record. Documents and E-forms that were submitted through a deleted portal stay in the Record; only the portal itself, its link, and its recipient list are removed, and the link stops working for the outside user.


Options

  • Package — the template the portals were made from. Only portals created from this template are considered.
  • Options — whether to delete the FIRST MATCHING PORTAL or ALL PORTALS made from that template in the Record.


If no portal in the Record matches the template the action does nothing.
