When every required item in a portal is done, the outside user sees a message that the portal is completed, and its panels are hidden behind a Show Portal Contents button. The Re-Open Portal Package action sets or clears the portal's re-open flag. With the flag set, the portal opens straight onto its panels as if it were not complete, so the user can review or update what they submitted without hunting for the button. It does not change which items are complete and does not reset the completion percentage.


Options

  • Package — the template the portals were made from. Only portals created from this template are considered.
  • Re-Open Flag — whether the action will ADD or REMOVE the re-open flag on the portals it finds.
  • Options — whether to change the FIRST MATCHING PORTAL or ALL PORTALS made from that template in the Record.


If no portal in the Record matches the template the action does nothing.
