Create ZIP File of Documents
The ZIP Documents action compresses one or more documents into a ZIP file
To ZIP Documents you need to specify 2 sets or Cat/SubCat/Name values.
Options
- Active Document - Check this ON to ZIP the active document. This will ONLY work if the workflow is acting on a routed Document and not a Record.
- Other Documents - Check this ON to ZIP ALL documents that match the Cat/SubCat/Name or OFF to ZIP the first one that matches. This only happens if there is no Active Document or the Active Document is not checked on.
- From Category / SubCategory / Name - Specify the Category / SubCategory / Name of the Documents to ZIP. The Documents in the active Record are queried and the Documents matching these values are ZIPPED together.
- To Category / SubCategory / Name - Specify the Category / SubCategory / Name of where to save the resulting ZIPPED Document. The Document is saved there in the active Record.
All Category, SubCategory and Name fields can contain static values or variables.
