The dashboard feature is an administrative tool that allows administrators and reporting users to view certain statistical information such as the number of Records, Documents and Data elements in the system. It also shows the number of Users, Teams and Record Types, Logins and workflow information.


Click the Dashboard button on the top toolbar (see screen shot below) to open the dashboard panel from any screen in the system. Click it again to hide the dashboard or use the up arrow on the bottom of the panel to hide it.


Clicking on the Run Report buttons in the sections will launch a new browser tab to the associated report. Clicking the Manage button will take you to the associated management area for the button clicked. For the Logins and Workflow sections, the detail items themselves can be clicked to see the detailed report behind the numbers.
