This "Mass Record" features is available only to Administrators. Admins have the extra option to delete ALL the records they just searched for. 


All Records that were found will be deleted using this option. BE CAREFUL: This option bypassed normal security checks and allows deletion of all Records in search regardless of whether or not security is defined to allow that.


Use this feature carefully! Sometimes the search results in more matches than you think so make sure you know what you are doing.
