The E-form Usage Report shows how much a form is being used over time. It charts the documents created from a single E-form so you can see when the form is busy, spot trends, and confirm whether a form is still in use.

Running the report

Open Reports and choose E-form Usage in the Record/Data Reports section. Select the E-form you want to review — the report requires a form to be selected before it will run. The date range defaults to the last 90 days; adjust the From and To dates to widen or narrow the period.

You can also open the report directly from the Admin E-forms list: the Usage Report icon on each form's row opens the report for that form in a new tab, already filled in and running.

Reading the chart

Each bar (or point, if you switch to a line chart) is one day, showing how many documents were created from the form that day. If the date range is a single day, the chart shows hourly activity instead. A total for the period is shown above the chart.

The Show option controls what is counted:

  • Documents Created — every document the form created in the period.
  • Records Touched — the number of different records those documents were added to.

Saving the report

Use the save option at the top right to keep the current form and date settings as a saved report you can re-run later.
