View Table Data shows the table data stored on the Record. It is on the Record screen under the Admin Actions menu in the footer, on systems licensed for Enterprise features, and is available to Administrators.

Tables are a third kind of data a Record can hold, alongside header fields and line items. They are not typed in on the Record screen; each cell is stored as a separate value whose name records the table and column it belongs to, and the Record's normal data views cannot show that in a readable way. This option rebuilds each table from those values. The Table Variables topic explains how tables are created and referenced.

The dialog, titled Table Data in Record, shows one panel per table, headed TABLE NAME followed by the table's name. Click a panel to expand it into a grid with a column for each field in the table and a row for each line, in line order; click it again to collapse it. If the Record holds no table data the dialog says No Tables in Record.

The view is read-only. Table Variable Help at the bottom of the dialog opens the Table Variables topic. A Record carrying a very large amount of table data takes a moment to open here, because every value is fetched before the tables are rebuilt.
