The Asset Assignments report lists asset assignments: who was given each asset, when, by whom, and when it came back. Each assignment is one row, so an asset that has been assigned five times has five rows. To see only who has assets now, set Assignment Status to Still Assigned. For one row per asset showing where each stands, use the Asset Status report instead.


Filters

  • Record Type – the asset Record Type. When one is chosen, its fields are added to the results as columns.
  • Record ID – the assignments of one Record.
  • Assigned To – the user the assets were assigned to.
  • Assigned Date – From and To limit the results to assignments made within those dates.
  • Assignment Status – Any for every assignment, Still Assigned for assets not yet returned, or Returned for assignments that have ended.
  • Results per Page – 25, 50, 100 or 250.


Run Report shows the results. After a run, Download saves them as a CSV file.


Results

  • Record – the Record's ID.
  • The Record Type's fields, when a Record Type is chosen.
  • Assigned To – the user who was given the asset.
  • Assigned Date – when it was assigned.
  • Assigned By – the user who made the assignment.
  • Date Returned – when it came back, or Not Returned while it is still out.
  • Returned By – the user who returned it.
  • Notes – as entered with the assignment.


Click a row to preview its Record. Click the Record, Assigned To, Assigned Date, Assigned By, Date Returned or Returned By heading to sort by it, and click it again to reverse the order.
