The Asset Inactivity report finds assets that no one has been assigned since a date you choose, including assets that have never been assigned. Use it to find items that can go to long-term storage, or to see which items are not in demand when reviewing retention.


Filters

  • Record Type – the asset Record Type to check. Its fields are added to the results as columns. Choose one: without a Record Type the report checks every Record in the system.
  • Not Assigned Since – an asset shows if it was last assigned before this date or has never been assigned.
  • Results per Page – 25, 50, 100 or 250.


Run Report shows the results. After a run, Download saves them as a CSV file.


Results

  • Last Assigned – when the asset was last assigned, or Never Assigned.
  • Record – the Record's ID. Click the heading to sort by it, and click it again to reverse the order.
  • The Record Type's fields.
