The Asset Status report shows where every asset of a Record Type stands right now, one row per asset: whether it is out, who had it last, and when it went out and came back. For the full history of who has had an asset, use the Asset Assignments report.


Filters

  • Record Type – the asset Record Type. Its fields are added to the results as columns.
  • Assignment Status – All Assignments for every asset, Assigned Only for assets that are out, or NOT Assigned Only for assets that are in.
  • Results per Page – 25, 50, 100 or 250.


Run Report shows the results. After a run, Download saves them as a CSV file.


Results

  • Record – the Record's ID.
  • The Record Type's fields.
  • Status – Assigned while the asset is out, otherwise Not Assigned.
  • Last Assigned To – the user who has it, or had it last, shown as their user ID and user name.
  • Assigned Date – when it was last assigned.
  • Date Returned – when it last came back, Not Returned while it is out, or Never Assigned.


Click a row to preview its Record. Click the Record, Last Assigned To, Assigned Date or Date Returned heading to sort by it, and click it again to reverse the order.
