Change Log
The Change Log report allows you to find all changes made by any user during any time span.
Changed By - The user who made the change(s)
Date Changed - The range of dates to search for changes to the objects
Object Type - The type of object changed
Object ID - If you know the specific object you are looking for you can enter its ID to make sure to only report on that one object
Record ID - The ID of the Record that contains the object that was changed. All Records, Data, Documents, Record Note, Record Tracking, etc. are related to Records. If you enter that Record Type you can see all changes related to that specific Record.
Example Output
The possible Operation values are:
Common
Insert – new item added to system
Update – item changed
Delete – item deleted
Restore – Deleted item was restored
Purge – Deleted item was purged
Merge with ## – Record was merged with record ID ##
RecordID – Document’s Record ID was changed (i.e. document moved to another Record)
Category – Document Category was changed
SubCategory – Document SubCategory was changed
Name – Document name was changed
SortOrder – Document’s Record ID was changed (i.e. document moved to another Record)
Category, SubCategory and/or Order Change – A document’s Cat/Sub/Name or Order was edited
Thumbnail – Record or Document thumbnail was updated
Document – Document binary data was saved
Less Common
Delete All Record Line Items – All line items for Record were deleted
Delete All Document Line Items – All line items for Document were deleted
Delete Annotations – Annotations were deleted for document
Delete Renderings – Renderings for document were deleted
Password Change – User’s password was changed
Swap With – E-forms were swapped
Reset – Notification was reset
Clear – User clipboard was cleared
Trigger Order – Work Triggers’ orders were changed
Add-In Order – Add-Ins’ orders were changed
