The Collaboration Package edit screen gives you the ability to edit the properties of the Collaboration Package. Any changes made to these settings will take affect immediately. This means you can change a package after it has been shared which is good when you want to add more documents or forms to the package.



General Settings


Share Link: The link provided here is what you can use to manually email people to give them access. If you email the link then you need to be sure their email address is included in the package so they can use it to log in along with the password.


Name: The name of the package as it shows up in the Record screen. Use a name that makes sense when viewed in a list. Don't make it too simple but keep it concise.


Expiration: The last date on which this package is available to external users. The package is always available to internal users but externally you can expire it so it is not always available for outside use. Leave this blank to not have it expire.


Password: The password that external users will need to access this package. The combination of email address and password will be required for external users to access the package.


Instructions: The instructions you want users to see when using this package. Make sure this information is clear so users will know what to do after they log in. This information shows up immediately after they have logged into the package.
