Directions Map
Shows the route between two places, the way Google Maps shows directions. Use it for a single trip, such as from the office to a site. It has one start and one end; for a route through several stops, use a Route Map.
Address to Map From - Where the route starts: a street address, or the name of a place written the way you would type it into a maps site. [variables] and {FieldName} references are replaced, so the start can come from the record or from a field the user has just filled in. The map redraws about a second after the start changes.
Address to Map To - Where the route ends, in the same forms. [variables] are replaced, so the end can come from the record. {FieldName} references to fields on the form are not replaced here, so only the start can follow what the user enters.
Default Map View - Whether the map opens as a Road Map View or a Satellite View.
This map has no Map Zoom setting; it zooms itself to fit the route.
