The Remove Annotations from Document action allows you to automatically remove annotations from documents

Options

    • Change only the current document - Check this ON to convert the active document. This will ONLY work if the workflow is acting on a routed Document and not a Record.

    • Change All or First Document- Check this ON to convert ALL documents that match the Cat/SubCat/Name or OFF to convert the first one that matches.

    • Find Category / SubCategory / Name - Specify the Category / SubCategory / Name of the Documents from which to remove annotations. The Documents in the active Record are queried and the Documents matching these values are all acted upon.

    • Annotations - In this section you can add as many annotation definitions as you would like. Each annotation definition added here is used to find annotations to remove from each document that was matched above. All properties defined per annotation must match for a given annotation to be removed.

      • Pg - The page number from which to remove the annotation. If the given page does not exist then no annotations are removed.

      • Type - Select the type of annotation to remove.

      • Coordinates - There are 4 fields here. Think of these fields as "where to draw the rectangle that will touch the annotations to remove." These are all defined as pixels.
        • Left - The left-most side of the annotation rectangle
        • Top - The top-most side of the annotation rectangle
        • Width - The width of the annotation rectangle
        • Height - The height of the annotation rectangle

* Any annotation that is encompassed within or touched by any part of  this rectangle will be removed.

The following fields are available if you click the "Show Extra Options" button that looks like a cog or gear.

      • Color - The color of the annotation to remove.

All Category, SubCategory and Name fields can contain static values or variables.
