Using in Production

If you were testing on a separate server, which is always a good idea, you can export the Record Type(s) and Work Triggers to your production server by using the system Export Data feature. This will create one export file with all the configuration needed. You will most likely need to attach the trigger assignments to live users after sing Import Data but if you have all the same users and teams on both servers the import will attach them properly for you.

Miscellaneous Tips:

• Test with as much production data as possible. Get all the document samples that represent the possible scenarios you will run in to.
• Make sure to delete all test data if you were testing on the same server as production
• Remove yourself from the assignments for all the work triggers whenever you feel comfortable or you might get a lot of notifications
