If no Record Type has been defined for the record you are viewing then you will see a data entry grid similar to this one.



All the data entry elements are in a simple grid display since there are no defined fields to use. If you have data entry rights then you can click on any of the data Properties or Values to change them. You can also click the trash can icon to delete a data element or click the "Add Data Element" button to add a new one. When you are done editing the record you can click Save to save your changes to the server.
