Expectations
The system can monitor the usage of any given Trigger. If it is not being used as expected then the system can send out alert emails. For premise systems this requires the Retention Monitor system be installed and running.
Wen to Monitor
Days of Week
The days of the week this Expectation should monitor. Only these days of the week will trigger the email.
Time of Day
The hours of the day this Expectation should monitor. Only these hours of the day will trigger the email.
Idle Minutes
The number of minutes between trigger being activated. Only when there has been no trigger activity since this many minutes ago will an email be triggered.
Alert to Send
Email Admins
Check this ON to email all system administrators.
Email To
Other email addresses to email. This will be in addition tot he Admins if the admin setting is turned on.
Email Subject
The subject of the email to send.
Email Body
The body of the email to send.
