System Clean Up
System Clean Up allows you to specify how long to keep various log data. Trimming out logging information from time to time will help keep the system running more efficiently.
Audit Logs: Every time an object in the system is added, edited or deleted an entry is placed into the Audit log. This table can get large quickly if new data is being added or if the system if very interactive.
Login Logs: When users log into the system that is logged into the Logins table. This has the potential to grow fast if you have a lot of users who come in and out of the system frequently. Automated systems such as Importer and the QuickBooks connector also add logs quickly.
