The Reassign To Default action allows you to automatically reassign work items


This action is designed to re-evaluate the Assignments for the trigger as they are defined and reassign the item back to everyone who it should have been assigned to previously. Under normal circumstances an item is assigned to the first user who clicks it. When that happens the item is no longer available to the other users who were originally assigned to it. The Re\assign to Default action will put it back in the queue for any of the original users to take it.


IMPORTANT - This action DOES take into account Out Of Office settings for users the same way the workflow engine does.
